I am B. Prabhu, an aspiring Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting and compliance. I successfully completed my three-year articleship training at Ganesan & Company, Pondicherry, from 2016 to 2019. During this time, I observed a significant gap between statutory compliance requirements and the actual financial records maintained by clients. This discrepancy often resulted in financial losses due to government-imposed penalties, ultimately impacting their credibility. To bridge this gap, I founded Prabhu & Company, a proprietorship firm specializing in Professional Accounting & Compliance. The firm operated successfully in Saram, Pondicherry, providing clients with reliable financial solutions and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we expanded with a new branch inVelachery, Chennai. In 2023, we took our growth to the next level by incorporatingThanika Solutions Private Limited, reflecting our commitment to excellence,leadership, and dedication. Our headquarters is located on St. Theresa Street. In2024, we further expanded with a branch in Karaikal to better serve our Pondicherry-based clients.
